The 51ÂÒÂ×»»ÆÞi State Energy Office completed the O`ahu Energy System and Critical Infrastructure Vulnerability and Resiliency Assessment. 28 hazard mitigation measures were identified in this effort to improve the resiliency of critical energy infrastructures.
