SEED IDEAS Dance in Dialogue: Rovaco Dance Company Performance and Q&A

March 8, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Mānoa Campus, Earle Ernst Lab at Kennedy Theatre

Rovaco Dance Company presents "The Devil’s Advocate," a theatrical character study on insatiable desire, addiction, control, chaos, and queerness. Set to Nina Simone's iconic song "Sinnerman," the piece presents a businessman consumed by society’s relentless rat-race, gradually transforming from man to beast. This work was originally commissioned by Mare Nostrum Elements’ Emerging Choreographer Series #3. Choreography by Rohan Bhargava in collaboration with dancer Nico Gonzales. *Rovaco's performance will be followed by a short Q&A with the artists.
